3. How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment directly through our website or by visiting the carrier’s tracking page.


4. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. However, we’re working to expand our shipping options internationally. Stay tuned for updates!


5. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer 30-day returns for most items. The products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page or contact customer support.

Yes, we offer Blue Paw gift cards in various denominations! They make the perfect gift for any pet lover. You can purchase a gift card directly on our website, and it will be sent to your email instantly.


8. How do I apply a discount code or promotion?

If you have a discount code, simply enter it at checkout in the "promo code" box. The discount will be applied to your total automatically. Be sure to check for any exclusions or terms listed with the promotion.


9. Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

We process orders quickly, so if you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate the changes. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer modify or cancel it, but you can initiate a return once the item arrives.
